As part of the National Policing Institute's (NPI) role in supporting the COPS Office Supporting Law Enforcement Agencies Seeking Accreditation program, we are accepting requests for limited technical assistance (TA) engagements to support your agency's accreditation efforts. If you are interested in receiving accreditation support, please complete the request form using the provided link. Some examples of requests could include:
- Organizing files
- How to create, maintain, and store proofs
- Reporting
- How to manage time-sensitive standards
- Preparing for an on-site assessment
- Preparing for a mock or pre-assessment
- How to build the accreditation team
Please note, all technical assistance requests are subject to approval by the COPS Office.
